Our Mission
LB Hunt Management Group, LLC was founded by Lauren B. Hunt in 1996 after a proven track record of 31 years in the commercial property management and leasing services industry. We have a diverse portfolio and have achieved a phenomenal renewal ratio in projects with companies that continue to expand.
We are dedicated to providing the highest level of Professional Care with well planned strategies of property management, leasing and building procurement.
An Experienced Team of Professionals
LB Hunt Management Group’s concern, first and foremost, is treating our property owners and tenants as part of our team. Every function that a manager provides for the owner is enhanced when the primary focus is care of the tenants. To ensure we stay current on important management issues and creative tenant relation programs, our team periodically engages in supplemental training.
Extraordinary Tenant Relations
At LB Hunt, we carry on constant dialog with our tenants by phone, mail, email and monthly personal visits, concentrating on their needs. Therefore, we are able to coordinate tenants with available space either to increase space size, add storage areas, or renew long term leases. Through the many long-term tenant relationships that we have been involved in, we’ve gained a great understanding of the issues relative to a successful landlord/tenant project.
We are not only interested in finding tenants, but finding tenants that will compliment our family of commercial properties.
