LB Hunt Management’s team has been in business since 1996. We employ personnel who offer Professional Care to each Owner and Tenant.

      CEO, Certified Property Manager, Broker Commercial Division

      Real Estate Manager, CPM, GRI, Broker - Lauren has 40 years experience in property management and real estate brokerage. Her expertise encompasses all levels of performance in the administration and supervision of managed commercial properties.

    • Holly Bradford

      Executive VP, Certified Property Manager, Realtor

      Holly has 18 years experience in personal communications with a special emphasis in tenant relations, contract review, leasing negotiations, collections, and property procedures.

    • Sondi Mitchell

      Office Manager
      Assistant Property Manager, Accounting Specialist

      Sondi specializes in tenant relations and operates our tenant and vendor systems. Sondi is an expert in communications and tenant assistance, which makes her an excellent Office Manager.

      Chief Building Engineer

      Clay is our Chief Property Engineer. He specializes in electronically controlled HVAC systems, construction projects, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, asphalt and general operations.

    • Brett Keller

      Building Engineer

      Brett specializes in electronically controlled electrical plumbing, HVAC systems, construction projects, asphalt repair and replacement, snow removal and electrical and plumbing repairs.

      Greg specializes in general operations, curb appeal, vendors, and project supervision.

    • Vaunie Clyde

      Regional VP, Certified Property Manager-Residential Division, Realtor

      Vaunie has been involved in property management for the past 35 years. Her experience includes tax credit, HUD, USDA, rural development, and conventional multifamily. She currently heads up the Residential division of L.B. Hunt Management.

    • Shauna Peterson

      Accountant

      Shauna has over 15 years experience in accounting as well as training in tax credit and RD Regulations. Her focus is on accuracy of financial reports and relationships with various auditors work co-ordination with residential managers. Shauna has her C3P and Star certifications.

    • Ashleigh Allred

      Residential Management Assistant

      Ashleigh assists with our residential tenant and vendor systems. She offers computer and clerical assistance to on-site managers and the residential CPM. Ashleigh is an excellent liaison between the corporate office, tenants, managers and vendors.
